 Once there lived some mice in an old house happily. And there lived a cat. The cat killed a few mice everyday. The mice got much frightened. They could not come out of their house because the cat will kill them. So, they were about to die for want of food. Then they held a meeting to decide what to do for their food. At the meeting one of the mice stood up and said, "I have thought out a plan". He told the mice to tie a bell to the cat's neck because when the cat moved around the bell would ring. The sound of the bell would act as an alarm for the mice. Then they would run away. everyone present at the meeting welcomed the idea. The old mouse then said, "But who will bell the cat?" Nobody came forward and the plan failed. 

Moral: It is easy to say but difficult to do.
